My delivery is delayed. What can I do?

Our team is working hard to send your order to your address as quickly as possible . Unfortunately, there are some factors beyond our control, such as the workload of parcel delivery services or supply chain problems.

Especially during very busy periods with high demand, deliveries may be slightly delayed. We are very sorry about this!

Can I exchange an item?

How should I wash the pillows?

The pillow covers can easily be washed in the washing machine using a low spin cycle.

What does the 1-year warranty include if I purchase it separately?

Should a material or manufacturing defect occur within one year, we will replace your sleep therapy pillow free of charge.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use. The original proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

The 1-year warranty includes:

  • Production and/or material defects
  • Theft, robbery and burglary
  • Damage or destruction caused by: accident, breakage, fall, or improper handling; short circuit, overvoltage, induction, fire, sand, water, moisture
  • No excess
