Klaviyo

We use the following provider for email marketing:

Klaviyo may process your email address and campaign engagement data (e.g., opens/clicks) to help us operate and evaluate email campaigns.

7.) Ordering, payment, and fulfillment

To complete purchases, we process the information needed for checkout, payment confirmation, fraud prevention, and delivery.

  • Payment processing: Payment details are processed by the payment provider you choose, under their terms and privacy practices.

  • Shipping/delivery: We share your shipping details with shipping/logistics partners to deliver your order.

8.) Vendors & Site features (as used on our Site)

Keep only the services you actually use. If any of the below are not used on your US storefront, remove them.

A. Order processing / admin

  • Order Printer Pro (FORSBERG+TWO, Denmark): used for order processing and may be used for accounting/recordkeeping.

B. Analytics

  • Google (Universal) Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): used to analyze Site usage. Google may process data on servers that can include the United States.

C. Advertising, retargeting, and conversion tracking

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited): helps measure ad performance, create audiences, and show ads on Facebook/Instagram. Meta may process data in the United States.

  • Pinterest retargeting pixel (Pinterest Europe Ltd.) (if enabled)

  • Taboola (Taboola Inc., USA) (if enabled)

D. Social media plugins

  • Facebook and Instagram plugins (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) may transmit device and usage data when activated/used (depending on your configuration).

E. Video embeds

  • Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., USA) for displaying videos. Vimeo may set cookies and collect usage data related to video playback.

F. Fonts

  • Google Web Fonts may load from Google servers and may involve processing of IP address/device info.

G. Shopify app integrations

  • ShopSync (ShopSync LLC, USA) to sync email marketing lists (as configured).

  • Fast Bundle (VConvert Solutions Limited, Canada) for cart/bundle management (as configured).

H. Reviews

  • Judge.me (UK) for review verification and display.

I. Cookie consent tool

  • We use a cookie consent tool to collect and store your cookie preferences and help control when optional cookies/technologies load.

9.) Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, customer support, legal/accounting obligations, and dispute resolution.

If our use of advertising and measurement technologies is considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state laws (commonly associated with ad pixels), you may opt out by:

  • enabling a recognized universal opt-out signal (where required).

California requires specific disclosures at collection (categories + purposes) and provides opt-out rights in certain cases.
Colorado requires covered businesses to honor opt-out signals through a universal opt-out mechanism starting July 1, 2024.
